Verified partner
What being a verified partner means
A verified partner integration has been reviewed and approved by the platform it connects to. Bullhorn, Tracker RMS and Totaljobs have each assessed RecruiterWP directly, covering our code, the technology behind the connector, and how we handle security and compliance.
That is a meaningfully different thing from building against a public API. Anyone can do that. Verification means the vendor has looked at how we did it and put their name to the result.
What it means in practice
When you run a verified integration, you are not relying on a connector the vendor has never seen. If their platform changes, we are working from the same documentation and the same relationship that got the integration approved in the first place. That means it gets fixed as part of your subscription rather than becoming a support ticket you chase.
Why it matters
Why it matters to you
The badge is the outcome of a process, not a logo we added ourselves. These are the parts of that process that affect the site you run.
Their engineers reviewed our code
Verification is a technical review by the vendor, not a logo swap. They look at how the connector authenticates, how it calls their API, how it handles rate limits and failures, and how it behaves when their platform changes.
Security and compliance are assessed
How candidate data is transmitted, where credentials are stored, and how the connector handles personal data are all part of the review. It has to satisfy the vendor’s own security and compliance requirements before it is approved.
It is tested before it ships, and after
The integration goes through the vendor’s testing process rather than only our own. Approval is not a one-off. It is maintained as their API and ours change.
