Why agencies use RecruiterWP
The RecruiterWP WordPress plugin is for agencies that already have a recruitment system and a WordPress site. It connects the two, so live jobs sit on your existing WordPress website and candidates/clients sync back to your recruitment system.
Single source of truth
Your recruitment system stays the master record. Edit a salary, change a location, or close a role, and your WordPress site updates to match. No stale adverts sitting live weeks after the role is filled, and no two versions of the same job.
Fits your existing WordPress stack
Keep the site you’ve got. Add-ons for Elementor, Divi, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 and more mean your jobs and application forms use the builder and forms you already know and love.
Every plugin included, one price
One subscription, every RecruiterWP add-on included as standard. Form Connect, job alerts, Google Jobs schema, killer questions — all of it, plus anything we release in future. Unlimited jobs and unlimited submissions, with no per-plugin upgrades or add-on fees.
RecruiterWP plugins
All the RecruiterWP add-ons, included as standard
All of our additional WordPress plugins sit on-top of RecruiterWP core and come included with your subscription. No paid tiers, no per-plugin upgrades, and new releases are added to your plan automatically.
Applications and enquiries go straight from your website into the ATS, with every field landing where you decide. Works with the popular WordPress form plugins you already use, so you map fields to the candidate record, attach the CV, and let client enquiries create the company and contact instead. Anything that fails to deliver is kept and retried, so an outage never loses an application.
Google is told the moment a job goes live, and again the moment it closes. New roles are submitted to the Indexing API as they publish instead of waiting for a sitemap crawl, and filled roles are removed so candidates stop landing on jobs that no longer exist. Paste in a Google service account key, press Test connection, and every job from then on is handled for you.
Make your jobs stand out on LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp with a bespoke social sharing image for every job. The plugin automatically generates an engaging, informative image the moment a job publishes, showing the title, salary and location on your own branding. Set the background, logo and fonts once and every job gets its own image, with no design work.
Candidates tell you what they want to hear about, and the plugin does the rest. Each alert is matched against your live jobs by keyword, location, sector or job type, and the results go out by email from your own domain, in your brand, on the schedule you set. Big subscriber lists send in batches, so nothing times out and nothing arrives twice.
Every job that syncs in has its city, county and postcode turned into real latitude and longitude through Google Maps, automatically. Candidates can then search by distance from home instead of guessing at place names, and your board can plot roles on a map. Add your Google Maps key, pick a default country, and the plugin handles the rest.
